STO Express(Jinan) transfer center is responsible for the distribution of packages leaving the port of Jinan, as the core transfer station of STO Express in Jinan. With a large number of packages sorted every day, the cross belt sorter to be put into use requires a sorting efficiency of 40,000 pieces/hour, and the cross belt sorter is required to be installed on a steel platform in order to facilitate the package out of port. While ensuring the sorting efficiency, CONFIRMWARE ensures the stability and safety of the operation process of the equipment placed on the steel platform. From three aspects of scheme design, product production and project construction, special design processing and fixing are carried out on the main body of sorting equipment circular line and portal frame. For the construction of STO Express(Jinan), the configuration is as follows: Number of Loading platform: 24; Number of chutes: 872; Number of trays: 714; Length of circular line: 427.2 m. Double-layer circular cross belt sorter was successfully put into use at the end of October 2019. It handled 1.1 million packages in the week of Double-11 period, and successfully relieved the peak package sorting pressure for the transfer center.
