Intelligent Logistics Sortation Systems

  • 1.After the cross belt sorter is powered on, system operation light is not on, start button light is not on, and the equipment cannot be started.

    Check whether the switching power supply in the cabinet is normal, whether the PWQ and HDD on the IPC are normal and the TC lamp is on; if so, turn off the air switch of the switching power supply and restart the IPC.
  • 2.15 minutes after the sorting trays of circular line are powered on, the shafts of all trays have not been locked.

    Check whether the transformer voltage display is 48V. If it is 0V or lower than 40V, please check the power supply line and restart the transformer. According to the instruction manual, ping the corresponding ip address on the Siemens touch screen computer and the delay should be less than 10 ms.
  • 3.Circular line starts to run, but the operation light cannot be changed from yellow to green, and the buzzer alarm keeps sounding.

    Check whether the speed can reach the set speed for package loading on the system interface; if not, check whether the frequency converter is powered off; if not, check whether the line changing resistance is increased due to foreign material on the changed line; if one frequency converter fails, the operating frequency of the remaining frequency converters can be increased according to the manual.
  • 4.After opening the barcode software of the package loading station and scanning the code, the belt of the weighing section does not move.

    Check whether barcode settings are changed, whether IP address of ping server is normal, and whether weighing and uploading status of the weighing scale is normal.
  • 5.When circular line is running, all packages for package loading stay in section 3, and cannot be packed on the sorting trays of circular line.

    Enter the server to check whether the WCS service has started in the path "Computer Management - Service and Application Software - Service". If not, restart the WCS service.
  • 6.The bar code scanner cannot bind the package, and the button lamp cannot be unlocked.

    Ping the wireless network of the bar code scanner to check whether it is normal and the delay time is less than 10ms, and compare whether the bar code scanner setting is artificially changed according to the manual.
  • 7.Most of the packages can not be unloaded.

    Check the package distribution chutes in the package information of the monitoring and management system, whether the supplementary code is needed or the packages in the same place is too many so that the chutes is locked.
  • 8.Most of the packages go down to the abnormal chute.

    Select the packages at the abnormal chute, check the waybill number in the outgoing waybill of the monitoring and management system, and see the chutes assigned by the system. If the abnormal waybills are too many because they are not assigned address, the headquarter IT can be required to push data again or wait half an hour for pushing data and make sorting again.
  • 9.There are actually not many packages on the circular line, and most of the packages on the package loading station are waiting for being loaded.

    On the monitoring and management interface: 1: Check the status of the tray, and if there are many tray failures, stop to check whether the network and power line of the faulty tray are normal; 2: Check the package information, and if there are many abnormal data displayed on the package information, clear the data of the abnormal chute, and check whether the corresponding empty detection is blocked by foreign objects or the empty signal is not aligned when the empty position data appear.
