The BC Cell Stringer consists of multiple modules, including loading, solder paste printing and curing,scribing, stringing, and inspection. It is compatible with various types of BC cells (TBC, HBC. etc.).
A new soldering system and unique ribbon handling,structure effectively control soldering warpage.
The process adopts a flexible handling and transmission system to prevent scratches on the front side of the cels, making it compatiblewith ultra-thin BC cells.
Supports PL and appearance inspection, with an optional inter-.cell gap film application function. t also supports basket-type loading andunloading with AGV docking.
