ConfirmWare Technology shines at 2024 SNEC PV+
On June 13, ConfirmWare Technology, a global leader in photovoltaic module intelligent equipment manufacturing, showcased at booth 3H-C190 during the 2024 International Solar Photovoltaic and Smart Energy Exhibition (SNEC). They presented a full range of stringer equipment, including busbar-free stringers, ultra-high-speed multi-busbar stringers, and integrated cutting and welding machines. The debut of their new integrated cutting, welding, and layup machine drew significant attention from domestic and international customers.

One crucial aspect is the patented tunnel-type lightbox with precise temperature control, ensuring temperature uniformity for steady-state continuous welding, which enhances the welding quality of TOPCon and HJT cells. Additionally, through technological innovation and repeated verification, ConfirmWare has achieved breakthroughs in multiple areas, including busbar-free technology, process compatibility, flexible control, and automation integration, to promote the industrialization of new technological routes.
The integrated cutting, welding, layup, and bussing machine features slicing, cell welding, stringing, and stacking functions. The equipment is highly integrated, occupying a small footprint and saving on labor costs. With a speed of up to 36 seconds per module, it significantly enhances efficiency. During operation, the reduced frequency of cell handling greatly minimizes the risk of cell cracking. The 1:1:1 configuration further improves the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) of the production line.
The busbar-free welding machine supports various 0BB flexible interconnection solutions, combining printed dot technology with infrared welding to ensure welding strength. It can be upgraded to retrofit conventional stringer machines. Pre-lamination alloying also improves yield controllability.
