ConfirmWare Unveils New Products at INTERSOLAR EUROPE 2024

From June 19-21, 2024, INTERSOLAR EUROPE 2024 is grandly held at the Munich Trade Fair Centre. As a global benchmark in the photovoltaic industry, this exhibition not only showcases technology and innovation but also fosters a convergence of wisdom and the future.

ConfirmWare Technology, a leading global manufacturer of intelligent equipment for photovoltaic modules, presents its comprehensive line solutions and a full range of string welding equipment at booth Hall A2.133. The company shares its innovative products and technologies in smart manufacturing with customers and partners from around the world.

Over the past year, ConfirmWare Technology has made further breakthroughs in equipment integration, automation, and collaborative capabilities. The company has now achieved significant increases in the maximum capacity of core equipment and single-line production capacity, helping customers reduce operating costs and improve production efficiency. ConfirmWare’s intelligent manufacturing solutions for photovoltaic modules offer turnkey services for entire lines and can also respond to customized needs of customers.

Additionally, the overall solution incorporates AI-based fully automated visual inspection, online monitoring, equipment group control systems, and intelligent diagnostics, which play a crucial role in energy saving, consumption reduction, and refined management.

The newly exhibited integrated cutting and welding machine has also garnered widespread attention from visitors. This equipment combines the functions of cell cutting, welding, string layout, and stacking—previously requiring four separate machines—into one, achieving high compactness. This not only saves space but also shortens the operational path, enhancing efficiency to reach 36 seconds per module. Its string welding system shows excellent adaptability, quickly matching the process windows for different cells such as TOPCon, HJT, different solder ribbons, and fluxes, significantly improving string yield and welding efficiency.

In recent years, European countries have increasingly regarded the development of renewable energy as part of their regional security strategy. As one of the world's earliest countries to implement energy transition, the German government has continuously introduced relevant legislation and a series of incentive policies to promote photovoltaic development, advocating the protection of domestic manufacturing.

Taking advantage of this grand event, ConfirmWare will focus on its global strategy and long-term development. The company aims to actively integrate advantageous resources, continuously concentrate on technological innovation and product upgrades, and address market demands. This approach is intended to support the rapid development of the green energy industry and contribute more significantly to the global energy structure transition.
